What can You take from Bill Gates!!

The other day, during my induction in new organization, our HR head asked How many of us would like to become " Bill Gates"... and as expected few raised hands and few did not, like me who thought of being different and aware of our choice. HR head turned to us and asked Why... I was the one who vocalized the brigade and said proudly that I want to create my own identity and stuff.... Obviously i was so much into my own ego that i could not realize where exactly my HR head is heading!!

HE then discussed with few other colloeuges and finally made the point on why do we like our "Ideals/ Role Models"...what is that keeps us tucked to only one individual as our role model and why do such people have made marks in lives of so many people...whats that differentiating FACTOR..... at least i was unconcious on this point.... and that factor is " Consistency in being Successful"....

This is the factor that differentiates an extraordinary from an ordinary. We fail to succeed consistently...we might had our day...when we were the king..when we ruled the turf...but we fail to repeat that success... may be our enrgies get diverted...may be we loose focus...but whatever it is we fail to repeat that ONE DAY..again and again...and thats what we see in our role models..... many a times these role models may not be sure of their capabilities of getting out of an ordeal...but WE are sure that DUDE will get out of this... may be its Bill Gates, Amitabh, Sachin or our own Gandhi.

So while we know that we can't steal the smallest bite of Mr. Gate's wealth.... one thing that we can take from the gentleman is " Consistency in Success".. Hmmm... Not that easy!!

Welcome to My world...

So here i Go....naaa rather i come into the world of blogging...!! I think its a good idea altogether and i hope i will be there for long time..!!!

Let me tell u brief background bout maself. Am a struggler at THIS moment...am struggling to get that good score in GMAT so that i can enter the world of MBA and lauretts and pride associated with the whole THING..!!

Another way of describing maself is am a DREAMER..... and i guess there are many like me and typically all PISCEANS...!!

The motto right now for me is to be an ACHIEVER.....so let's get STARTED..!!
